Our organisation focuses on developing confident, articulate, and socially conscious leaders who represent the best of South Africa on the international stage. Selected delegates receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and the opportunity to showcase South African excellence at the global Miss Business Global competition abroad.

National Director - Miss Business Global South Africa
Thato Butelezi is an esteemed South African businesswoman, psychology student, and passionate advocate for women empowerment. Based in Brits, North West, she is known for her leadership, integrity, and commitment to developing women of purpose and excellence.
She is actively involved in the modelling and leadership development space through her work with Reddot Model, where she supports the growth of all women in confidence, professionalism, and brand identity.
As National Director of Miss Business Global South Africa, Thato envisions pageantry as more than competition — she sees it as a platform for ministry, leadership, and transformation. Her mission is to build women who are business-minded, purpose-driven, and socially impactful, while leading with honesty, transparency, and strong ethical values.
Under her leadership, Miss Business Global South Africa stands as a platform that celebrates beauty with purpose, business with impact, and leadership with integrity.

Get In TouchMiss Business Global South Africa is the official South African franchise of the international Miss Business Global pageant. We select and prepare exceptional South African women to represent our country at the global competition held abroad each year.
South African citizens and permanent residents aged 18-35 who demonstrate business acumen, leadership qualities, and a commitment to community service. Applicants should be articulate, confident, and passionate about representing South Africa internationally.
The international competition is held abroad in a different host country each year. Recent locations have included Vietnam and other Asian countries. The selected Miss Business Global South Africa delegate will travel to the host country for approximately 10 days.
The programme covers 10 days of accommodation abroad, all meals, local transportation, tours, professional photography and videography, sponsor gifts, and the opportunity to compete for the international title. International flights and personal expenses are typically the delegate's responsibility.
Selected delegates will participate in training sessions covering public speaking, stage presence, business presentations, and cultural preparation. You'll need to prepare competition wardrobe including evening gown, business attire, talent costume, and national costume, as well as small gifts representing South Africa for cultural exchange.
Yes! Miss Business Global celebrates women in all stages of life, including mothers. We recognize that motherhood and business success go hand in hand, and we welcome applications from mothers who meet the age and eligibility requirements.
Selection is based on a comprehensive evaluation including your application, interview, business/professional achievements, community involvement, communication skills, and overall representation of the Miss Business Global values. The process emphasizes substance, leadership, and the ability to represent South Africa with pride.
